The youngest Mayor in the World, Panchumarthi Anuradha, has proved herself to be a tough woman handling the problems of the denizens of the city of Vijayawada with a dare-devil approach. Joining her is the executive authority of the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, V. Usha Rani, Commissioner. In or out of the Assembly - be it on behalf of the Telugu Desam or the Congress, Nanna[aneni Rajakumari of Guntur has never lost her ground in the political arena. Now, she is the chief of Telugu Mahila. The Station Director of All-India Radio, Prayaga Vedavathi and the Assistant Director of Doordarshan, Yarlagadda Sailaja, are the two powerful, yet composed, women calling the shots in the Government of India's audio and visual media.
